The way people transition through divorce and other family law matters has enormous impact on lives for years to come. Poor transitions significantly impact children. With respect to parents and spouses, such transitions lead to persistent hostility, lack of productivity, financial strains, and low self-esteem. Constructive transitions through family law proceedings significantly improve children’s ability to become emotionally healthy, productive adults. Such transitions also enable adults to develop new satisfying relationships, and be effective participants in newly restructured families and in society.
Linda K. Wray is devoted to constructively assisting her clients through family law matters, including preserving their dignity and values while effectively representing them through the legal process. She encourages the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures where applicable and is an experienced collaborative law attorney and mediator. Linda conducts her practice with integrity, emphasizing respect, professionalism, candor and cooperation. Adherence to these values serves to reduce the emotional and financial strain on her clients and enhances their chances of transitioning well through the legal process.
For cases that are best handled through litigation, Linda works with her clients to develop a thorough understanding of the facts and a persuasive presentation to the court based on her client’s clearly articulated goals and interests and rigorous application of the law to her client’s case. Linda is thoroughly prepared and has an excellent command of the facts and law.
If you are interested in a collaborative divorce, mediation or believe you need effective representation in court in a family law matter, please contact Linda K. Wray for prepared and thoughtful representation.
