Meet Attorney Linda K. Wray

Linda K. Wray

For 14 years, attorney Linda K. Wray has helped clients achieve what many see as impossible — divorce with dignity, an end to a marriage that serves as a positive and healthy step toward the future. A cooperative process facilitated by a seasoned lawyer. For those cases where a divorce with dignity is not possible, Linda has litigated successful outcomes for her client, cognizant of the impact of the divorce on her client, and the client's children and family.

Linda has an undergraduate education in psychology and has worked with children in a variety of settings prior to her law career, including St. Joe’s Home for Children, Wilson Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center and as a teacher in public schools. Consequently, Linda understands the impact of conflict on children.

She has worked with psychologists in a variety of contexts for the past 14 years, including co-mediating with a psychologist. She understands the grief process spouses go through in coming to terms with the idea of divorce. She is sensitive to the different perspectives spouses have coming into the divorce process as a result of the roles and prior life experiences each has had in the marriage.

Linda has a law school background in business law. She is experienced in working with clients who own small business, knowledgeable about tax laws that impact the division of assets, skilled at dividing retirement accounts, and adept at developing cash flow scenarios necessary to determine an appropriate level of support.
